The Requirements

- Proven strong customer service skills, including handling customer issues.
- Experience in retail sales and cash handling is preferred.
- Team lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- The ability to:
- Perform basic arithmetic operations accurately.
- Communicate orally and in writing in English, including proficient telephone communication skills.
- Work with equipment, tools and materials as required.
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift and lift up to 20 pounds.
- A strong commitment to safety guidelines.
The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Senior Customer Service Associate (Senior CSA) you will spend the majority of your time providing customer service. In addition, we'll train you to perform end-of-shift processes, such as closing out registers, reconciling cash, administrative reporting and more. On any given shift, you may work with a CSA, Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager.You will be responsible for:

- Inventory reports and stocking / merchandising.
- Safety audits during the shift.
- Checking in vendors and putting away freight.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
More specifically, you will:
- Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service, which may include assisting customers at the gas pump and helping resolve customer issues.
- Accurately ring up all sales on POS system, complying with all cash handling procedures, including checks and other types of payment received for products sold.
- Be responsible for all cash, monies, and inventory during shift.
- Comply with company policies and store procedures, including all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits.
- Adopt, participate, and comply with all safety programs.
- Perform cleaning duties necessary to maintain site cleanliness inside and out, and basic upkeep and/or cleaning of all equipment on the site. Assist with identifying equipment problems.
- Be a positive team-player, work cohesively with other employees, contribute to a positive work environment.
