The Requirements
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. - Director level experience with functional competency with direct cash flow forecasting
- Some supervisory or management experience
- Experience in the Refinery Industry (preferred) or the Oil & Gas or Energy Industries
- Knowledge of/experience with debt covenant reporting and/or compliance
- Strong computer skills, including:
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, specifically PowerPoint and Excel (ability to create complex/compound spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- SAP knowledge and experience are a plus
- Experience with Bloomberg terminal, or other industry data terminals
- Previous banking relationships are a plus

The Role
Reporting to the SVP of Finance, as Assistant Treasurer, you will manage two direct reports, including the Cash Manager and Corporate Finance Manager, and an indirect support position reporting into the Cash Manager. Working closely with the SVP and your team, you will serve in a hands-on position. You will primarily be responsible for developing and managing your team and for forecasting cash for the business. Additionally, you will:- Develop and implement sound and appropriate corporate capital structure and policies, specifically managing corporate finance and debt relationships, required reporting and covenant compliance. - Direct all credit functions and initiatives such as annual credit reviews, customer setup and deal by deal exposure management.
- Monitor covenant requirements across multiple credit/loan agreements.
- Manage credit-related activity including credit reviews, credit line assignments and customer prepay decisions.
- Perform letters of credit approvals and submissions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
