The Requirements
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. - Experience supporting multiple locations, preferably in the retail industry.
- A proven ability to supervise staff.
- Experience managing cultural and process changes.
- Strong business savvy and the ability to influence the decision-making process.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state and local employment laws.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with enterprise HRIS applications.
- Initiative and a strong sense of ownership.

The Role
You will oversee an HR Business Partner and assume responsibility for all human resources activities and programs for this business unit, supporting 33 retail locations and a small team of shared service functional areas professionals like IT, accounting, and more. You'll be a key player in partnering with the business leadership in organization design activities that foster and sustain a high-performance work culture with an outstanding safety record.
